Payroll +, a payroll processing company (aquired by Paychoice), needed a way to track hundreds of client interactions a day in person, by email, and by phone. WikiExpert solved the problem by creating an Intranet site that included an enterprise 3rd party Trouble Ticket and Issue Tracking system, a Knowledgebase to allow employees to quickly answer common questions, and also implemented a wiki that contained all HR and Corporate policy. In one case he was consulting to deploy a new service standard for a Fortune 50 company, and I acted as his consulting Project Manager. In the second case, he had pre-staged a project that I was leading, to migrate two legacy Wiki systems, to the new standard service--Confluence, referenced above.In every case I found Peder to be Technical, Professional, and very thorough. The solution needed to provide multiple levels of security so that only authorized users could access and create documentation.
